Story of the Day
More like story of the month...maybe my Easter Resolution (?) will be to blog more regularly...
So anyway, the other day I was downstairs while Hannah was napping. She made some noise like maybe she was waking up, but it hadn't been a very long nap at that point so I thought I'd see if she would put herself back to sleep (this happens about once a month, maybe, but every time she wakes up early I still think, "Maybe she'll put herself back to sleep." I'm a dreamer.)
She stopped making noise and I gave myself a little pat on the back, thinking she was out. Then, five minutes later, serious "I'm awake!" noise. I went upstairs.
And I found out why she'd been quiet for a while: two dirty diapers were in the crib with her (thankfully still closed and secured). Yep, I forgot that she can reach the corner of the changing table from the corner of her crib and I had left a couple smellys up there because the diaper pail was out of bags. I have no way of knowing if she chewed on them or not. And I'm glad for that.
