Hi, this is Hannah Cantrell. You seem to have gotten a pretty good description of my life-before-birth from my mom, so I thought I'd add my impressions of the outside world so far. 

Well, my mom and dad seem to be really excited to have me around, but enthusiasm doesn't necessarily equal competence. I can't believe I got stuck with these amateurs- I am so adorable, you'd think I'd go to someone who knew what they were doing! 

Take my first time in the car seat. They managed to install the seat base in the car before I arrived, but they weren't quite sure how to adjust the restraint straps on my seat, and of course they left the manual at home (see what I'm saying? Amateurs). So they loosened everything up, buckled me in, and set about tightening the straps. Dad's pretty good with mechanical things, so he figured out which straps to pull to tighten everything. They were so engrossed in a discussion of how tight was tight enough that they didn't notice that the chest buckle had been pulled up under my neck. Luckily they're smart enough to respond when I yell at them. I didn't quite have to go to my four-alarm scream, but it really made me question whether this is the best place for me. I think they might be morons. Nice morons, but still. Morons.
