Baby Shower!

My good friend Sarah Colby threw me a baby shower this past Saturday in Temple. We had a fun mix of Temple friends, Austin friends and women from Nick's side of the family. Everything was adorable and/or very useful (nipple cream and nursing pads don't really fall into the "adorable" category); now we have a car seat and a playpen/bassinet, so we have a place for her to sleep and can legally bring her home! Of course, we had to break down the playpen after we set it up- it consumes all the remaining floor space in the guest room/office and we have some friends coming to visit between now and baby. We're very glad we decided to rent a 3-bedroom house in Madison- Hannah (and her stuff) are already claiming a lot of space!

Next weekend, my friends in Washington are throwing me a webcast shower. I'm a little sad that I won't be able to go to my own party, but I'm looking forward to (sort of) seeing everyone!
